Shipping & Returns

What is your returns policy?

If your order isn’t quite right for you, don’t hang about! You have 14 days from the shipment date of your order to return your item.

Any products returned to us must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged) with all tags still attached.

When returning your item, please make sure you have requested in our return portal HERE before sending your items. Any items returned without being approved via the portal will be rejected.

Please send your items in a sealed package and you must include your completed returns form.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, we recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for any lost packages.

We ask to allow a further 14 working days for all returns to be processed once received.

How do I make a return?

For all UK customers, you can create a return using the following steps.     

 •     REQUEST - request a return in our portal HERE before sending your items back, any items returned without being approved through the portal will be rejected upon receipt at our warehouse.

 •     REPACK - repack your items in the original package using the resealable tape strip, making sure it is securly sealed and you must include your completed returns form.      

 •     RETURN - Return your item to us: EVRYWEAR LTD, 145 Warehouse,Langford Way, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 4TQ. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service - we cannot be responsible for any products not making it back to our warehouse.

Please note, should the products not meet our returns policy - you will be notified by our customer service team and the products will be returned to you.

All customers must insert the return slip when returning their items. If you have lost your return slip you can easily download another HERE 

For international returns, please follow the same steps as above.

Can I return items from multiple orders in the same parcel?

Please create a separate return for each order.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 14 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning on hello@evrywear.shop

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend orders right now due to the speed we send your items out. This is something we are looking into providing in the future, but for now, please return any items you no longer wish to keep and contact the carrier for any address amendments you would like to make.
